ABOUT ME
Before training as a reflexologist, I spent some years in arts and charity marketing. This was followed by a transition to a more hands-on role working to support older people in their own homes. In turn this led me to the therapeutic career as a reflexologist that I now find so rewarding. Having been helped enormously by reflexology myself over the years, I am confident that it is hugely beneficial; especially at alleviating the effects of stress which have become all too prevalent in recent times.
- Fully qualified and insured member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR)
